My Story
Flávio Silva is a Canada-based composer blending classical and cinematic styles in music for film, sync licensing, and video games.
Originally from Porto, Portugal, Flávio studied piano, guitar, and music theory before earning his BFA in Music from York University. He is also a member of the Screen Composers Guild of Canada.
Flávio creates immersive music for film, video games, and media. He works with filmmakers, developers, and companies (including APM Music, Atomica Music, and Hard Music Group), crafting scores that elevate every project.
He’s also an experienced live performer and currently plays keyboards with the Toronto-based Daniel Monte band.
